02. Conceptualization
Our team explores multiple design directions. This process allows us to discover innovative yet practical approaches to bring your brand story to life through uniforms.

03. Mood Boarding
We create a curated mood board that combines imagery, material swatches, trims, and sample products. This visual guide defines the design language and helps you clearly envision how the uniforms will represent your brand.

04. Sampling
We create a set of selected samples based on the final designs and fabrics selected.Our product development specialists create technical specifications and closely work with artisans and factories to get the detailing and quality correct.

05. Fabric Selection
After finalizing the designs, a range of perfectly curated fabrics are shared for selection. The fabrics options are shortlisted based on design requirements, climatic conditions, job role, and wash cycle sustenance.

06. Designing
Once mood boards establish the creative direction, the process advances to developing a comprehensive uniform collection. This collection is tailored to the brand’s identity, offering styling solutions that cover every department and designation across the property or store.

I need a custom designed uniforms program, can you design them for me?
Yes absolutely. Our in-house design team will take your brief – including program requirements, brand guidelines, budgets – and produce high-quality, practical, and cost-efficient solutions for you to evaluate. Typically we try to give you multiple options, so your team can pick and chose what uniform solution you like. Not just that, we will also support you in forecasting the demand and lend you a hand in implementing the rollout of your new uniforms!
I am a small chain / hotel, can you service me?
Yes we can. We work with individual hotels, standalone restaurants, and small chains. We have made-to-market value offerings that includes a standard catalogue, as well as a dedicated customer service team that ensures you get the right product at the right time.
Can you offer DDP or local delivery to my location?
We can do DDP, or any other INCOTERM you prefer. Beyond that, we also partner with local 3pl companies to warehouse uniforms on your behalf and then ship them directly to your retail locations.
How long will it take for my uniforms to arrive?
Typically, we ask for a 60-90 day lead time on most custom programs. However, this can change based on designs, quantities, and shipping times. Please reach out to get a more accurate estimate for lead times.
I have an existing uniform design, can you manufacture it?
Yes, we are more than capable to duplicate any design you may have. If you would like, we are also happy to suggest any quality improvements without changing the look and feel of your uniforms.
